I care so much, but who is there to take care of me? I was challenged to find what was the one thing that makes me happy, at this point in my life, nothing comes into mind. "With every low day, there will always be a high." Happiness can be so fleeting...

I am writing an essay on 'motivation', but somehow I find myself to be stuck in the state of being unmotivated to do anything at all. How can I be motivated when life and its challenges come knocking at my door? My mind is spinning, my body is tired, my heart is hurt and burned out - how can I stay motivated to even finish this year?! All I want to do is leave this place, forget all that had happened, and find my refuge place. To hide away, curl up into a ball and cry. That's something I'm motivated to do, cry! The deep pain and sorrow I'm experiencing, no one can understand, no one will ever truly understand how I am feeling right now. Lord, what do I do? I am so broken, so fragile, gasping for air. I wish life could just flash before me and take me to a better place where there is joy, peace and security.

why is it that series or movies make us feel touched emotionally? why is it that we put ourselves in the role of the actors and plant ourselves in the turmoil of the plot? why is it that we get moved by every scene?

the illusion of comparing my life with those in the film is what the producers want, to draw the viewers into the film and make big bucks from stirring people's hearts. is it because i am allowing myself to be moved or is it because the producer of the film is just damn good?!

One Tree Hill has got to be the best series i have ever watched! the lifestyle, the love stories, the struggles and challenges that the characters face may seem so incomparable, but the emotions that it creates are so intense and personal! every time i finish an episode, i am dying to watch the next one, my heart aches for those in the film, tears dropping and affections stir deep down in my heart. i wonder if life could ever be like those depicted in the films. could dreams ever come true without it being made into a film? life of a character must be exhausting though, similar to those living with a beating heart. could i ever live my life in a third person's point of view? would that make a difference to how i will live differently?
